Ken Daly is the chief executive of JML Group. Joining the company in 1994 when there were just four employees, he has grown the business to 250 employees and expanded into more than 50 countries. Originally selling consumer products through live demonstrations in department stores, JML has evolved to sell DIY, homeware and beauty products through TV shopping and online platforms. Promoted to CEO in 2012, Ken has led the company to become a household name with an annual turnover of £100 million.
